Privacy & Terms

  1. Twisted Tipping is provided by TOTE Tasmania Pty Ltd ABN 62 095 972 106. ("The TOTE").
  2. Unless otherwise stated, the competition is open to all persons aged 18 or over.
  3. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by all competition General Rules. The TOTE reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these General Rules. Any amendments to these rules will be published on the site.
  4. A weekly prize, 1 x $100 TOTE betting voucher or 1 x $100 JB Hifi Gift Card, will be provided to the entrant that achieves the highest point score for the specific round of play. At the end of the competition the entrant with the highest total score will be deemed the competition winner and receive the grand prize, a $5000 Clive Peeters Gift Card. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. TOTE Reserves the right to replace any of the above prizes with a similar item of similar value at its own discretion. 
  5. The TOTE reserves the right, at anytime during or after the closing date of the promotion, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Failure of The TOTE to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  6. For a tipper to be eligible to win a TOTE Voucher they must first prove they are over 18 by becoming a member of The TOTE and completing the necessary steps to prove their age.
  7. The judge's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The TOTE will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the Competition.
  9. This site provides information on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, other than those warranties which are incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to any transaction conducted on this site.
